Execute

Project management: Every project on the same standard, without straitjacketing any of them.

The problem
Each manager sets up projects their own way. When it’s time to compare, data is missing, statuses don’t mean the same thing, and real delays get mixed up with work that was never planned.
With LUWEE
Projects are created from templates or from scratch in a guided flow, have independent signals calculated by clear rules, and keep a trail of publications and changes.

How it works

The flow, step by step.

  1. 01

    Create in five steps

Basic data, scope, stakeholders, members and settings, from a template or from scratch.

  2. 02

    Plan

Schedule, team, costs and risks in the project workspace, organized into six groups.

  3. 03

    Publish and control changes

Versioned publications and, when the project requires it, a change request with formal approval.

  4. 04

    Track

Schedule, cost and risk signals, progress and next milestone, measured against the status date.

  5. 05

    Pause, archive and formalize

Pausing or archiving locks editing; project charter, acceptance and closure documents are generated by the platform.

Key features

What makes the difference day to day.

List with independent signals

Schedule, cost and risk are assessed separately, each with its reason recorded.

  • Task status, % progress and next milestone
  • Multi-select filters and a publication status filter
  • Cards or table, with configurable columns

Organized workspace

Overview, planning, execution, resources and costs, governance and settings, with breadcrumbs.

  • Responsible manager as a dedicated field
  • Notes in a rich text editor
  • Activity screen with dependencies, resources and conversation

Governance inside the project

Process protects the decision without taking the work out of the platform.

  • Change requests with formal approval
  • Project charter, acceptance and closure documents
  • Per-project surveys, with anonymous responses and export

Who it’s relevant for

  • Project managers

Get a complete workspace and a clear creation flow.

  • PMO

Standardizes with templates and compares projects on the same criteria.

  • Executives

Read signals that mean the same thing across every project.

FAQ

Before the demo.

Can I standardize project creation?

Yes. Project types come with WBS templates and the modules used. At creation, you choose a template with preview or build from scratch.

Why does a project appear as “Awaiting planning”?

Because it hasn’t been published yet. LUWEE doesn’t classify it as late while there is no published plan to compare against.

What happens when a project is paused?

Editing is locked (schedule, comments and attachments) and the indicators appear dimmed in the list until the project resumes.
