Solutions
Capacity management: Commit people knowing how much they can handle.
Allocation read by person, team and project, conflicts resolved with calculated impact, and capacity considered before approving new projects.
The challenge
Where management usually gets stuck.
Invisible overload
The monthly average hides the week when someone is doubly booked.
Conflicts caught too late
Two projects compete for the same person and nobody notices before the delay.
Approval without capacity
New projects come in without looking at who will deliver them.

FAQ
Straight answers.
Does leveling consider several projects at once?
No. Leveling works on one project at a time. Allocation, however, shows each person’s workload across all projects.
Can I search for people by skill?
Yes. Allocation search finds resources including by skill, and replacement suggests people with an explainable ranking.
Where do actual hours come from?
From time entries, in projects that use Time Sheet. Without it, actuals are estimated from activity progress.
