LUWEE

Solutions

Project management office (PMO): A PMO that governs the portfolio, not spreadsheets.

Templates, processes and KPIs inside the platform where projects happen, so the PMO spends its time on analysis, not consolidation.

The challenge

Where management usually gets stuck.

  • Every manager, a different standard

Projects set up in different ways can’t be compared.

  • Status reporting that eats the week

Hand-built reports reach the committee already out of date.

  • No official version of the plan

Changes happen in someone’s file, with no record or approval.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Does LUWEE replace MS Project in the PMO?

The LUWEE schedule has an MS Project-style grid, Gantt, WBS, dependencies and critical path, and imports MS Project XML and Excel. Whether to replace it depends on how each organization uses it; the demo is the place to evaluate that.

How does the PMO track projects that haven’t been planned yet?

Projects without a publication appear as “Awaiting planning”, separate from late ones, and the publication status filter isolates these cases.

Can approval be required to change the plan?

Yes. When the project requires it, publishing goes through a change request with formal approval.
