Plan

Portfolio management: A portfolio is more than a list of projects.

The problem
When the portfolio lives in spreadsheets, each project is seen in isolation. It’s hard to know how much each initiative consumes, how the whole is doing and what comes next.
With LUWEE
Portfolios group projects with their own KPIs, budget allocation and a financial view, and new requests go through a funnel with measured decisions.

How it works

The flow, step by step.

  1. 01

    Structure the portfolios

Group projects according to your organization’s investment logic.

    Allocate the budget

Use the portfolio’s budget allocation and track the financial tab.

  3. 03

    Track the KPIs

Each portfolio has its own KPIs, in cards or a table.

  4. 04

    Receive requests

Intake requests follow a funnel from request to decision.

  5. 05

    Compare performance

The executive view compares portfolios by performance.

KPIs and financial view

The portfolio brings together what executives need to understand an investment initiative.

  • Pending-publication cost warning on the card and in the table

A single project list

The portfolio’s projects tab is the same list as the Projects screen, with the same filters and columns.

FAQ

Before the demo.

What is the difference between a portfolio and a project in LUWEE?

The project is the unit of execution, with schedule, team, costs and risks. The portfolio groups projects to track the KPIs, budget and financial view of the whole.

How is the request approval rate calculated?

On requests that have already been decided. Requests still under review are left out, so the rate isn’t skewed by what is pending.

Can I compare portfolios with each other?

Yes. The executive view includes the “Portfolios by performance” panel, with filters for period, client company and unit.
