One set of data. The whole cycle connected.
From investment request to results analysis, every stage uses the same data. Select a stage.
Stage 01 · Strategy
Objectives linked to what gets executed
Strategic cycles with objectives, KPIs and targets. LUWEE shows alignment in both directions: projects without objectives and objectives without projects.
- Strategic cycles
- Objectives and KPIs
- Targets with calculated progress
Stage 02 · DemandWhat sets it apart
Choose better before you start executing
From idea to project, with business and technical evaluation, a prioritization framework and decisions on record. Prioritization cycles take budget and capacity into account.
- Distributed evaluation
- Matrix and ranking with cut line
- Prioritization scenarios
Stage 03 · Portfolio
The portfolio organized around what matters
Portfolios with their own KPIs, budget allocation and a financial tab. Requests go through a funnel with measured decision time and approval rate.
- Per-portfolio KPIs
- Budget allocation
- Request funnel
Stage 04 · Projects
From project charter to published plan
Selected demands become projects with the project charter already filled in. Guided creation, templates, change requests and versioned publications.
- 5-step creation
- Pre-filled project charter
- Versioned publications
Stage 05 · Execution
The people doing the work know what’s a priority today
Schedule with critical path, activities in list, Kanban and Gantt, a single inbox for pending items, approvals and mentions, and risks and issues in the same place.
- Grid + Gantt and WBS
- My Activities
- Risks and issues
Stage 06 · Analytics
The portfolio read in minutes, not meetings
Executive view, projects that need attention by explainable criteria, financials, resource allocation and consumption. Every chart shows the data behind it.
- Executive view
- Explainable exceptions
- “View data” on every chart
Stage 07 · Decision
Decisions with context and a trail
What-if scenarios without changing the project, PDF status reports and audited prioritization decisions with before, after, reason and source.
- What-if scenarios
- PDF status report
- Decision audit trail
Features
Plan, execute and decide on the same platform.

Foundations
Enterprise by design.
It’s not a feature added later. It’s how the platform was built.
Multi-tenant with isolation
Each environment is isolated from the others. A resource from another environment simply doesn’t exist for anyone who doesn’t belong to it.
Scoped access profiles
Permissions organized by domain, scoped by organizational unit or group, with a validity period. Anti-escalation rules prevent granting more than you have.
Auditing
Sensitive operations record the previous and new state. The access audit shows who granted what.
Per-user licensing
Licenses tracked per environment, with a warning before registration when they run out, saying who can resolve it.
Notification center
Events with an email channel configurable per environment and per user, a daily deadline digest and a log of what was sent.
Modules under contract
Each menu area only appears if the module is enabled and the user has permission; the API also denies access.
Integrations
Connects with what you already have.
Documented platform integrations.
MS Project and Excel
Import MS Project XML and Excel into the schedule; export to Excel, XML and PDF. Financial transactions can also be imported via spreadsheet.
MCP server
Clients compatible with the Model Context Protocol query in-progress projects and the weekly summary, using OAuth 2.0 and the user’s own permissions.
Email
Invitations, mentions, notifications and digests under the LUWEE identity, through the configured email server.
Weesu identity
Optional integration with the Weesu ecosystem identity platform, enabled by configuration in each environment.
