The challenge

Where management usually gets stuck.

  • Schedule and cost in silos

The schedule says one thing and the finance spreadsheet another.

  • Variance found too late

The overrun shows up at closing, not in the trend.

  • Numbers with no source

Nobody can explain where the figure in the report came from.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How is actual cost determined?

People cost is estimated from activity progress; in projects with Time Sheet turned on, hours come from time entries. Third-party costs come from financial records.

Which date is used for the metrics?

The project’s status date. Planned value (PV) is interpolated up to it.

Does LUWEE integrate with ERP systems?

There is no documented native ERP integration. Financial transactions can be imported via spreadsheet, with row-by-row validation.
